Products and Services

Grinnelli Designs creates and sells flight simulation products, digital products, DCS World-related content, DCS voucher codes, software-related products, and physical merchandise.

Some products are digital only. Some products are physical only. Some products may be sold through different checkout providers depending on the product type.

Digital Product Sales Through Paddle

Digital products, including DCS World module voucher codes, may be sold and processed through Paddle.

When a digital product purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for that transaction. This means Paddle is responsible for processing the payment, handling applicable transaction taxes, issuing transaction-related invoices or receipts, and managing payment-related matters for that purchase.

For digital purchases processed by Paddle, the transaction may also be subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms, Paddle’s checkout terms, and any other terms presented during checkout.

Grinnelli Designs remains responsible for product information, product support, technical support, and customer support related to the Grinnelli Designs product itself.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the terms presented by Paddle during checkout for a Paddle-processed transaction, Paddle’s terms may apply to the payment, tax, billing, refund, chargeback, and transaction-related portions of the purchase.

Physical Product Sales Through Shopify

Physical products, including merchandise, collectibles, apparel, patches, keychains, and accessories, may be sold separately through Shopify or another ecommerce checkout provider.

Physical product purchases are separate from Paddle-processed digital product purchases unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Physical products may be subject to separate shipping, handling, tax, customs, import, delivery, return, and refund terms.

DCS World Digital Voucher Codes

Some Grinnelli Designs digital products may be delivered as digital voucher codes, license codes, product keys, or similar redemption codes.

For DCS World-related products, customers may receive a voucher code that must be redeemed through the official DCS World website, account system, or licensing system.

A voucher code is used to activate or claim the applicable product license through the official DCS World account system. Grinnelli Designs does not control the customer’s DCS World account, the customer’s Eagle Dynamics account, the DCS World website, or the DCS World licensing system.

Customers are responsible for creating, accessing, and maintaining any third-party account required to redeem or use the product.

Voucher Delivery

Digital voucher codes are generally delivered electronically after purchase, subject to payment approval, fraud review, order verification, and product availability.

Delivery may occur by email, order confirmation page, customer account page, or another digital delivery method.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate order information at the time of purchase.

Grinnelli Designs is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information, spam filters, email blocking, third-party email issues, or customer failure to access the provided delivery method.

Voucher Redemption

Customers are responsible for redeeming voucher codes correctly.

Unless otherwise stated, DCS World voucher codes must be redeemed through the official DCS World website or account licensing system.

A voucher code may only be redeemable once.

After a voucher code has been delivered, viewed, redeemed, activated, or used, it may not be possible to cancel, replace, revoke, or refund the code except as required by law or as otherwise approved by the applicable Merchant of Record, checkout provider, or platform.

Grinnelli Designs is not responsible for voucher codes that are lost, shared, resold, transferred, disclosed, or used by another person after delivery to the customer.

Pre-Orders and Early Access Products

Some products may be offered for pre-order, early access, or advance purchase.

A pre-order allows customers to purchase or reserve access to a product before the final public release date.

Product features, release timing, availability, documentation, media, and other details may change during development.

Estimated release dates, development updates, and availability windows are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

If a digital voucher code is delivered during a pre-order or early access period, customers may need to wait until the applicable product is available through DCS World or the applicable third-party platform before the product can be downloaded, installed, activated, or used.

Product Requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing product requirements before purchase.

DCS World-related products may require:

• A compatible version of DCS World
• A valid DCS World account
• A compatible computer system
• Internet access
• Third-party platform access
• Sufficient storage space
• Applicable updates, patches, or supporting software

Product performance may vary based on hardware, software, operating system, drivers, DCS World version, and other system conditions.

Grinnelli Designs is not responsible for incompatibility caused by unsupported systems, outdated software, modified installations, third-party conflicts, or failure to meet published requirements.

Prices and Taxes

Product prices are displayed at checkout.

For Paddle-processed digital purchases, Paddle is responsible for calculating and handling applicable transaction taxes, including VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar taxes where required.

For physical product purchases processed through Shopify or another checkout provider, applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, shipping charges, and import costs may be calculated or charged according to the checkout provider, shipping carrier, destination country, and applicable law.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product listing errors, or checkout errors.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by our Refund Policy and any terms presented by the applicable checkout provider or Merchant of Record at the time of purchase.

Digital products and voucher codes may have different refund rules than physical products.

For digital purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle may handle transaction-related refund requests as Merchant of Record.

For physical products sold through Shopify, returns and refunds may be handled according to our physical merchandise return policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.

For Paddle-processed digital purchases, Paddle may handle payment disputes, chargebacks, and transaction-related payment issues.

For physical product purchases, the applicable checkout provider, payment processor, bank, or card issuer may handle disputes according to their rules.

Submitting a false or improper chargeback may result in cancellation of access, deactivation of a voucher, restriction of future purchases, or other action allowed by law or platform rules.

Product Support

Grinnelli Designs provides support for Grinnelli Designs products.

Support may include help with product information, voucher delivery questions, redemption guidance, installation guidance, product documentation, known issues, and general product questions.

Support does not include guaranteed support for unrelated third-party software, unsupported modifications, unsupported systems, third-party account issues, hardware problems, or problems outside our reasonable control.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Some Grinnelli Designs products depend on third-party platforms, websites, accounts, software, or services.

These may include, but are not limited to, DCS World, Eagle Dynamics systems, payment providers, checkout providers, shipping providers, email providers, and ecommerce platforms.

Grinnelli Designs does not control third-party platforms or services and is not responsible for their availability, policies, downtime, account restrictions, technical issues, or changes.

Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to separate terms, conditions, privacy policies, license agreements, or user agreements.

License and Use of Digital Products

Digital products are licensed, not sold, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a digital product, voucher code, license key, or product key does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Customers receive only the rights necessary to redeem, access, and use the product according to the applicable license terms, product terms, platform terms, and these Terms.

Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, transfer, sublicense, exploit, or misuse any digital product except as expressly allowed by applicable law or written permission.

Intellectual Property

All Grinnelli Designs names, logos, designs, images, product names, text, media, software, documentation, product descriptions, website content, artwork, and related materials are owned by Grinnelli Designs or used with permission.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.

All third-party trademarks, product names, platform names, and company names belong to their respective owners.

Use of third-party names is for identification and compatibility purposes only and does not imply ownership by Grinnelli Designs.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, our products, voucher codes, support systems, or checkout systems.

We are not responsible for customer failure to maintain access to an email account, DCS World account, third-party account, or other required service.

For Paddle-processed transactions, Paddle may collect and process customer information as part of checkout, payment processing, tax compliance, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, and customer support.

Shipping for Physical Products

Physical merchandise may require shipping.

Shipping times, carrier availability, customs processing, import rules, duties, taxes, and delivery times may vary by destination.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Grinnelli Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, import restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International Orders

For Paddle-processed digital transactions, Paddle may calculate and handle applicable transaction taxes where required.

For Paddle-processed transactions, Paddle’s terms may separately govern the payment, billing, tax, refund, chargeback, and transaction-related parts of the purchase.
